Yoga is a wonderful contribution of India to the modern world. Yoga is the correct answer to all the questions regarding the healthy body, mind and spirit. 1.Dhanurasana

2.Paschimottanasana

3.Pavanamuktasana

4.Bhujangasana
Bhujangasana is similar to the posture of a snake. This is done in a prone position. It reduces belly fat. It is also useful in managing backache and slight displacement of disc. Practicing this posture helps in the expansion of the chest also.


5.Ushtrasana
Ushtrasana is similar to the posture of a camel. The person remains in an arch-shaped position. This enhances the digestive activity and reduces abdominal fat. It also helps in relieving backache. This position helps in toning the muscles of arms. This posture is highly recommended for singers as it enhances the quality of their voice and enables them to control the breath.
