Nutrition that a Person Requires in a Day

Today our food priorities are being changed day by day.Being healthy is very important and maintaining good diet is very essential.
Women need 1600 calories a day.And men need 2000 calories a day .
Guidelines ....
We need 5 main grains must and should in a day
1.Milk,yogurt,cheese
Milk- is about 3 cups
Yogurt-1 cup
Cheese- 1 cup
2.Meat ,poultry,beans,eggs and nuts .
Meat-5 to 7 ounces
Poultry-1/4 cup
Egg-1
Nuts and seeds-1/2 ounce
3.Fruits
Fruits-1 1/2 cups to 2 1/2 cups


4.Vegetables
Vegetables -3 1/2 cups


5.Grains and leafy vegetables
Grains -1 to 10 ounces.


Along with these diet we also need to follow some physical activities to maintain metabolism.
1.Meditation.
2.Exercise.
3.Yoga.
Morning walks also very essential for Vitamin D.
